Bronze Solihull Tanning Salon – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bronze Tan. By using our services, purchasing our packages, or buying products from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Eligibility & General Salon Rules

•Customers must be 18 years or older to use our tanning services. Valid photo ID may be requested.

•A skin type consultation must be completed prior to your first tanning session.

•Protective eyewear must be worn during all sessions.

•A minimum of 24 hours must pass between tanning sessions.

•Session times are set in line with UK tanning regulations and cannot be exceeded.

•Customers must follow all staff guidance and salon safety rules.

•Bronze Tan reserves the right to refuse service if safe tanning practices are not followed.

  • The last tanning session will begin 15–20 minutes before closing time.
  • Session lengths may be limited depending on the time available.
  • Customers arriving after this time will not be able to tan until the next business day.

2. Packages, Courses & Unlimited Tanning

•Unlimited Packages

•Valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

•Limited to one session per day, with a minimum of 24 hours between sessions.

•Cannot be paused, extended, refunded, or transferred.

•Other Courses (Minutes or Session Bundles)

•Unless otherwise specified, all courses expire within 30 days of purchase.

•Expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended.

•Courses are non-transferable and can only be used by the named customer.

•Refunds

•All packages, courses, and minutes are non-refundable, whether used in part or in full.

•Refunds are only provided in accordance with UK consumer law (e.g. if a product is faulty).

3. Products & Lotions

•Only approved tanning lotions may be used in our salon.

•Lotions purchased outside of Bronze Tan may be rejected if:

•They risk damaging our equipment, or

•They appear counterfeit, unsafe, or unsuitable.

•All lotion sales are final. Once opened, lotions are non-refundable.

•For safety reasons, certain lotions (e.g. “tingle” products) may not be permitted.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

•Bronze Tan operates a zero tolerance policy for abuse, aggression, or disrespect towards staff or customers.

•Breaches of this policy may result in:

•Immediate refusal of service, and/or

•Cancellation of packages or courses without refund.

5. Health & Safety

•Customers are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or medications that may affect tanning.

•If unsure, customers should seek medical advice before tanning.

•Tanning is undertaken at the customer’s own risk.

•Bronze Tan accepts no liability for injuries, allergic reactions, or tanning results, except where required by law.

6. Payments

•All services and products must be paid for at the time of purchase.

•Packages, courses, and minutes must be paid in full before use.

•We reserve the right to adjust prices, packages, and promotions at any time.

7. Closures & Disruptions

•Bronze Tan is not liable for missed tanning sessions due to customer illness, personal circumstances, or lateness.

•In the unlikely event of salon closure beyond our control (e.g. maintenance, technical faults, or emergencies), Bronze Tan may extend packages or courses at management’s discretion.

8. Management Rights

•Bronze Tan reserves the right to:

•Refuse service at any time,

•Amend opening hours, pricing, or Terms & Conditions,

•Withdraw or change offers and promotions without prior notice.

9. Agreement

By purchasing a course, package, or product, or by using our services, you confirm that you:

•Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions,

•Agree to follow all salon rules and staff guidance, and

•Accept that tanning is undertaken at your own risk.
